let's define attitudes
- Consumer Beliefs: Beliefs refer to the existing ideas a consumer holds towards a brand, product, or service. For example, if I believe that croquettes taste good or that they are small, these are beliefs. Keep in mind that beliefs can also be negative.
- Consumer Feelings: Consumer feelings refer to the emotions that a consumer experiences based on the beliefs they hold. For example, because I believe croquettes taste good, that incites a feeling of joy for me. Likewise, if I believe that croquettes are messy to eat, they may incite a feeling of frustration.
- Consumer Behavioral Intentions: Consumer behavioral intentions refer to what the consumer actually wants to do with the product or service. It’s as simple as me eating the croquettes that I love.
